Hip replacement lawsuits could total $5 billion in settlements

Manufacturers may eventually pay as much as $5 billion to settle lawsuits concerning their metal-on-metal hip implants according to a recent Forbes estimate. Thousands of patients have filed lawsuits alleging that they experienced complications from devices such as the DePuy ASR hip replacement.

    I had a work inJurie in December -29-2000 and do to that i had a full total right hip Replacement march-29-2004 and still Having problems with right hip and have Been taking vicodin since . dec- 29-of 2000 now your telling me that the vicodn is not good for you i have taken the viciodin for10 years , and swiched over to 325-10 Norco, what do i do now.my Name is Bernard cullnan, phone 847-849-3675
