Meningitis outbreak spreads to 19th state

The number of incidents in the deadly meningitis outbreak caused by tainted steroid injections has reached 347, with Rhode Island being the 19th state to report a meningitis case linked to the outbreak. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimated that 23 states received contaminated drugs from the company responsible for the reported infections.
