GranuFlo manufacturer recalls drug due to glass in vials

The manufacturer of dialysis concentrates GranuFlo and NaturaLyte have recalled another of their products after finding particles of glass in the vials. The benztropine mesylate injection is not Fresenius’ first recall — the company issued a GranuFlo and NaturaLyte recall in 2012.
