Mother leads quest for more studies on SSRIs, autism

A mother of two autistic children is leading a mission for more studies on the pharmaceutical causes of autism, including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants (SSRIs), such as Zoloft, Lexapro and Celexa. Jill Escher began her independent research to discover why two out of three of her children were autistic.
