Stryker wins patent lawsuit amid patient hip claims

Stryker Corporation, manufacturer of the Stryker Rejuvenate and Stryker ABG II hip replacements, has won $228 million from Zimmer Holdings after a judge determined Zimmer violated Stryker’s surgical patent. The lawsuit came amid claims that Stryker’s Rejuvenate and ABG II hip replacements caused patients significant injuries.
