Eating more fruits and vegetables may be an alternative to SNRIs like Effexor

A recent review published in Nutritional Neuroscience has found that eating more fruits and vegetables may be part of a health alternative to antidepressants in a class known as serotonin norepinephrine inhibitors (SNRIs) such as Effexor. Foods such as apples, berries, grapes, kale, onions and green tea could all contribute to treating depression.
