Saturday, June 7th was “Protest The Pill Day,” an event organized to inform women about the risks associated with birth control pills Yaz and Yasmin. Bayer’s top-selling birth control pills have been linked to an increased risk of blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis, which can cause heart attacks and stroke.
